Caruso's Hair Food® is designed for those who are looking to improve the overall health of their hair, skin and nails. Caruso’s Hair Food® is a daily hair health formula for men and women. It contains valuable nutrients to support hair growth and maintain healthy hair follicles and scalp health. Caruso’s Hair Food® is also great for your skin and nails. It includes Biotin to increase nail strength and thickness and reduce brittleness and chipping.

Nutritional Information

Each tablet contains:

Calcium Pantothenate: 300mg, equiv. to Pantothenic Acid 274.83mg, equiv. to Calcium 25.17mg
Inositol: 100mg.
Silica – Colloidal Anhydrous: 53.5mg, equiv. to Silica 25mg.
Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate: .41.16mg, equiv. to Zinc 15mg
Nicotinamide: 20mg.
Riboflavin: 5mg.
Biotin: 2.5mg.
Folic Acid: 90mcg.

Free from: dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, starch, nuts, animal products, preservatives and artificial flavours.

Directions of Use

Adults: take 1 tablet a day with food or as advised by your health professional.

Contains soya beans. If you are taking any medications or have any existing health conditions, always talk to your health professional before use.
