Have you heard of GABA before? Short for Gamma Amino Butyric Acid, GABA is a neurotransmitter that blocks certain signals in the nervous system to provide a protective and relaxing effect on the body and brain. Healthwise GABA contains 100% pure pharmaceutical grade powder, which is particularly beneficial for those participating in weight-bearing exercise as it increases performance and promotes lean muscle mass.

Ingredients: 100% Pure Gamma Amino Butyric Acid powder.

Directions of Use

Mix 1/4 teaspoon in your favourite juice or coconut water, away from meals.
Do not exceed recommended serving without the advice of your health care practitioner.
Always start with a small serving of GABA to assess suitability.
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon is recommended away from meals with a sweet taste such as juice. An activated B complex in the morning is recommended.

Note: The above measurements display the amount of milligrams per amino equivalent to a 5ml metric teaspoon. Powders are loosely filled, leveled but not compacted. HealthWise® Amino Powders are pure pharmaceutical grade powders and are packed by weight not volume, without the use of fillers or flowing agents. Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.
