Q & A
Where did your Fitness journey begin?
When I was young I was not an active healthy kid, I spent a lot of time eating condensed milk and drinking milo, eventually we decided I had to stop being fat and my dad and brother started training me.
Where does your motivation come from?
I want to see what I am capable of.
What's your favorite exercise?
Clean and Jerk
What is your secret to maintaining a lean physique all year round?
I don’t think about it. My focus is on how I perform in the gym.
How do you maintain a lean physique year round?
I actually don't! Being lean is fun for shows, photoshoots or summer, but so is wood fired pizza, espresso martinis & burgers. I'm quite flexible in terms of food choices, but when I'm not dieting for a purpose I'm happy sporting a little extra "cushion". I credit my ability to achieve great conditioning naturally, to my emphasis on healthy periods of not dieting.
