Shipping Information

1. Shipping Rates & Surcharges
Australian Customers: Shipping is free for orders over $150 AUD. A rate of $12.95 applies to all other orders.
Express Post: Available for Australian domestic orders at a flat rate of $19.95.
International Customers: Flat rates apply as follows:
  • New Zealand: $20 AUD
  • Singapore: $20 AUD
  • Christmas Island & Cocos Keeling Islands: $50 AUD
RTD Heavy Freight Levy
Additional Surcharge: A Heavy Freight Levy of $20.00 applies to all orders containing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products. This is a flat fee applied once per order, in addition to standard shipping rates. This levy applies even if you qualify for free shipping.
Service Restriction: Due to carrier restrictions regarding dangerous goods/hazmat, **Express Shipping is unavailable** for orders containing RTDs. All RTD orders will be shipped via Standard Delivery. If Express Post is selected for an RTD order, it will be automatically downgraded, and the difference in shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our WA and VIC distribution centers. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays.
Standard Delivery: Please allow 2–5 business days for metropolitan areas. Regional and remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Split Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, items may be dispatched from multiple locations if stock is divided. If this occurs, please allow for extended delivery times as packages may arrive separately.
Pre-Orders: Orders containing Pre-Order items are not eligible for same-day dispatch and will ship according to the specific product's release date.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can monitor your progress via:
  • Email Link: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • SMS Updates: Provide your mobile number at checkout to receive live text message alerts.
  • Shopify Shop App: Download the Shop app to track all your Shopify orders in one place.

4. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you wish to have your parcel left unattended in a safe location (e.g., front porch), please specify "Authority to Leave" in the special instructions section at checkout.
Liability Waiver: By providing Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that Supplement Mart accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to the parcel once it has been delivered to your designated location. The parcel is considered delivered and the responsibility transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery.
5. Payment & Security
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay, ShopPay, GooglePay, and ApplePay. You may use PayPal 'Guest Checkout' even without a PayPal account.
Fraud Prevention: For security purposes, VISA Gift Cards must be registered to the billing name and address provided at checkout prior to purchase. Orders utilizing unregistered gift cards will be automatically cancelled by our anti-fraud systems.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return unopened products in original condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or full refund.
Return Process
In-Store: Return the item with your original receipt to any Supplement Mart location. If you are a Rewards member, we can look up your receipt.
Online: Contact us at customerservice@supplementmart.com.au or 1800 725 660 to receive a Return Authority (RA) number and shipping address.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described product, please contact us immediately. We will offer an exchange or refund. Incorrect products must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are covered by Supplement Mart for faulty or incorrect goods.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted without valid proof of purchase. Clearance items and special buy-outs are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note that some powdered products (e.g., pre-workout, fat burners, amino acids) are hygroscopic (moisture-absorbing). Clumping or hardening over time is a natural chemical reaction and does not constitute a faulty product.
7. Peak Periods & Delays
While we strive for fast delivery, please allow an additional 7 business days for shipping during peak sale periods (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day, Site-Wide Sales). Delays may occur due to high volume and courier constraints.
