Vitamins B1, B3, B6, B9 and biotin (vitamin B7) are responsible for the maintenance of normal cognitive function, while in combination with vitamin B12, these nutrients are assisting the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. The role of vitamins B5 and B6 is the support of a healthy stress response in the body. As an allrounder, vitamin C has been added to support collagen formation, which is required for healthy skin structure. Other vitamins and minerals in Fusion Health Multi Vitamin & Mineral Advanced are vitamin D to support healthy bones, vitamin K to maintain healthy cardiovascular system function and artery health plus zinc and betacarotene, which maintain healthy eyesight. Fusion Multivitamin & Mineral Advanced is an iron-free formula, suitable for both men and women looking to avoid excess iron consumption.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
