- Mix one scoop (10g) in 250 - 300ml of water. Shake or stir until powder is dissolved and consume.
- Take night ops 30 minutes before intended sleep time.
- Cycle usage of Night Ops, 5 days on 2 days off, as to not build up a tolerance to the formula.
