- Mix one scoop into 300ml of chilled water in the morning, and have a serve prior to exercise on training days.
- Assess caffeine tolerance initially by consuming a partial serve.
- Do not consume within 4-6 hours of bedtime.
EHP Labs Beyond BCAA:
- Take one scoop or choose to take two scoops for extra focus and recovery benefits.
- BEYOND BCAA + EAA is suitable to be taken during a workout for increased endurance, recovery and focus. You can choose your dosage with the 30/ 60 serve option.
