Each 5mL dose contains:
- Natural fish oil 4.56g.
- Equivalent Omega-3 marine triglycerides 1.6g.
- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 820mg.
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 546mg.
- Cholecalciferol (vitamin D 1000IU) 25mcg.
- Adults take 1 metric teaspoon (5mL) daily.
- Children 2 to 12 years take 2.5mL daily or as directed by your medical professional.
- Best consumed with food. Pleasant lemon & lime flavour.
