Rochway I AM HYDRATION provides the ultimate in electrolyte support bolstered with their BioRestore® probiotics to keep your gut happy and healthy. For refreshing hydration and nutritious digestive support, Rochway BioRestore® Coconut Concentrate mixes coconut water, lemon myrtle, and multi-strain probiotics. Coconut water offers naturally occuring electrolytes that aid in hydration and replenishment of the body following exertion or exercise. Rochway's innovative BioRestore® process consists of five steps of bio-fermentation with multi-strain, gut-loving probiotics, resulting in a more bio-available (easily absorbed) and bio-active complex to support balanced microflora and vibrant health and wellness.

Nutritional Information

Ingredients: BioRestore^®Bio-fermented Coconut water with Lemon myrtle (Water, Lactic acid, Coconut powder, Organic lemon myrtle), Glycerol, Natural Coconut flavour, Sucralose.
Six strains of probiotics used in the fermentation process include: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii).

Free from sulphites, gluten, wheat, tree nuts, crustacea, eggs, fish products, animal products, lupin, milk products, mollusc, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, and artificial colours and flavours. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Directions of Use

Serving Suggestion: Mix 15 mL with 200 mL of water, or add to your favourite juice or smoothie.
