A ‘loading’ phase is not so much recommended, just continued and consistent use to reach muscle cell creatine saturation by taking a 3-5g dose each day. For optimal results, ensure you are still consuming Precision Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate under this protocol, even on days whereby you are not engaging in physical activity. This stack contains a 500g creatine tub.

- Add 1 scoop to 180ml-250ml chilled water, mix well and consume immediately.
- Consume on both training and non training days, at approximately same time of day.
- For optimum results, consume 1 serving prior to training, and 1 serving post training.
Precision Nutrition Precision Mass:
- Heavy Gainer: Add 300g (approx. 2 scoops) to 600mL of water, milk or another beverage into a shaker or blender. Shaker well for approx. 30 – 40 seconds.
- Medium Gainer: Add 150g (approx. 1 scoop) to 300mL of water, milk or another beverage into a shaker or blender. Shake well for approx. 30 – 40 seconds.
Precision Creatine and Precision Mass can be mixed and consumed together.
