Who is JD Nutraceuticals?

What is Cream of Rice, and why is it here?
Finely milled rice cooked into a smooth porridge - a bodybuilding staple because it is easy to digest, cheap per gram of carbohydrate and sits well before training. It is a food rather than a supplement, which is exactly why almost no supplement brand stocks it. If you prep your own meals, this is the one to know about.
Altered State or Hellfire?
Altered State is the standard and the one with the long reputation. Hellfire is the harder-hitting one and not a sensible first pre-workout. Half a serve of either the first time, and check the caffeine before adding coffee.
What is Beta Ecdysterone?
A plant ecdysteroid, in the same family as turkesterone, sold in the muscle-building category. Human evidence is limited and doses vary a lot between products. It is not a steroid and it is not banned. Reasonable to try with modest expectations; not reasonable to buy instead of protein and creatine.
WPI or 100% Isolate?
Both are whey isolates - compare the panels and the flavour range, because that is where they differ rather than in substance. Buy on price per gram of protein and on the flavour you will actually finish.
