Shipping Information

For Australian customers, postage is free when you spend over $150. A rate of $9.95 applies for any other order within Australia. 

Express Post is available on  Australian domestic orders at a flat rate of $19.95 - please see below for more information.

For Christmas Island and Cocos Keeling Island customers, a flat rate of $50AUD applies to all orders. For New Zealand customers, a flat rate of $20AUD applies to all orders. For Singaporean customers, a flat rate of $20AUD applies to all orders.

With our distribution centers located in WA and VIC, we offer speedy delivery across Australia. Payment options include credit card, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay, ShopPay, GooglePay, and ApplePay. You can use PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account, simply use the ‘Guest Check-out” option through PayPal. Please note that VISA Gift Cards will need to be registered to the billing name and address PRIOR to check-out. Purchases which use unregistered VISA Gift Cards will be automatically cancelled via anti-fraud software.

    1. Delivery Times

    Supplement Mart dispatches orders Monday – Friday, from our distribution centers in WA and VIC.  Same Day Dispatch is available for orders placed before 3pm Monday – Friday (AEDST). Customers in metropolitan areas can expect to receive their order within 3-5 business days, and while we deliver to all locations within Australia; delivery to remote and regional areas may take longer than indicated. Please be aware that items in your order may be dispatched/split-sent from more than one dispatching location, due to availability of stock. Please allow for extended delivery times for split sent orders. Orders containing Pre-Order items are not eligible for same day dispatch.

    2. Express Post

    Express Post is available for all Australian domestic orders placed with Supplement Mart, for a flat rate of $19.95. All Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post Express or Startrak Premium services, which have an average delivery time of 1-2 business days nation-wide. If you have any questions regarding Express Postage – feel free to contact our customer service team.

    3. After Your Purchase

    You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been submitted. If for any reason, we cannot fulfil or dispatch your order, we will contact you via the contact details provided at the check-out within 3 days of ordering. We can provide a product substitution or a refund for any times which cannot be fulfilled.

    4. Public Holidays & Sale Periods

    We do not fulfil or dispatch orders on region-specific public holidays. For sale periods (including, but not limited to, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Site-wide sales etc) please allow for an additional 7 business days shipping time. This is due to potential delays in dispatching your order dur to large order volumes, and courier delays during peak sale periods. 

    5. Authority to leave

    If you would like to give our courier service “Authority to Leave” your parcel in the event you are absent during its delivery, simply notify us in the “special instructions” section at the shopping cart. Please be aware, Supplement Mart accepts no liability for the parcel once the parcel leaves the possession of our courier. The parcel is considered delivered and the responsibility of the customer.

    6. Problem with Your Orders?

    7. Acceptance of Orders

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Supplement Mart reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. We will communicate this to you at our first opportunity and without hesitation.

    8. Order Tracking

    You can track your order once it has been shipped by Supplement Mart, and you have received your “shipping confirmation” email. Please include your mobile number when placing your order; this will provide our friendly customer service team with a point of contact, if necessary. You will also be provided with live updates on your orders status.Please use the following methods to track your order:

    i. Use the tracking link provided in your “shipping confirmation” email to view delivery updates from the courier.

    ii. Alternatively, you can enter your mobile phone number at the “order confirmation” screen, and this will provide you live text message updates on your shipped order. You can access the “order confirmation” screen again on our website via your “order confirmation” email.

    iii. If you have downloaded the SHOP app by Shopify on your mobile phone, this can also provide you live tracking details about your order. You can download the SHOP mobile phone App via the “order confirmation” screen. You can access the “order confirmation” screen again on our website via your “order confirmation” email. (The SHOP App can collate shipping information from all e-commerce retails who use the Shopify platform.)

    iv. If you are having issues with any of the above methods, please contact our friendly sales team on 1800 725 660, via email at [email protected] , or via our online question form here . If you contact us, please provide the order number and the name the order was placed under so we can assist you in a timely fashion.

    9. Returns

    Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

    If you received an incorrect product, faulty product or incorrectly described product, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Incorrectly delivered products must remain unopened in order to raise an exchange or refund.

    Exchanges or returns must be raised within 3 weeks of the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase (please keep your e-invoice as proof of purchase).

    If you would like to exchange any unopened products purchased through Supplement Mart, please contact our customer service team. Please be aware, any return freight charges are the customers responsibility and you may be requested to pay additional shipping fees, if necessary.

    We do not accept returns or refunds on clearance or special items; purchase of these items is final. 

    Please also note that some powdered products, including (but are not limited to) pre-workout, fat burners, single amino acids, pump/nitric oxide boosters, citrulline, agmatine, arginine and carnitine are naturally deliquescent products, or contain ingredients which are naturally deliquescent. Clumping or hardening of these products over time is a natural and common occurrence, and despite containing moisture absorption sachets, these products may still clump or harden over time.
