REWARDS QUESTIONS
How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend is a point. You start with 50 points just for joining, and pick up another 20 each time you enter a new tier.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Joining is free and always will be.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they are earned, so there is no rush but there is a clock.
How do tiers work?
Tiers gate on lifetime spend, not spend this year. Once you reach a tier you keep it.
How do I use my birthday voucher?
It is valid for 30 days on a minimum $50 spend. We will email it to you.
Can I use rewards with a sale price?
Yes. Points are earned on what you actually pay, and tier shipping applies on top of whatever the product is already discounted to.
