Amino Acid Supplements are highly popular among health enthusiasts, yielding performance benefits like enhanced muscle recovery, improved performance and an increase in muscle protein synthesis. There are 9 Essential Amino Acids (EAA's), of which 3 are known as BCAA's. These are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.
