- Before Training: Consume 1-2 serves, 20 minutes prior to exercise, in 350ml - 700ml chilled water.
- After Training: Consume 1-2 serves, 20 minutes prior to exercise, in 350ml - 700ml chilled water.
- Non training days: 1-2 serves, 20 minutes prior to exercise, in 350ml - 700ml chilled water between meals.
- Maximum of 2 servings per day.
