Who is BPM Labs?

BPM Labs is an Australian brand with four specialities and very little outside them: pre-workouts, fat burners, sleep formulas and hormonal support. It has a reputation for formulating hard, and the names reflect it - Annihilate, Overkill, Hammer of God, Liporush, The One.

Annihilate is the pre-workout it is known for, available as a powder, in tablets and in a reformulated version. The One, The One Reloaded and The One Ultimate sit alongside it, with Overkill and Hammer of God at the harder end. Liporush and AM PM Burn handle fat loss.

What makes the range unusual is the hormonal and recovery half: Testomaxxx, Testomaxxx 2.0 Hardcore, Testomaxxx 2.0 Femme, Estroblok, Myoblast, Adrenal Rebuild and Delta Zone. Frequently asked questions

How strong are the BPM pre-workouts?

Strong - that is the brand's whole reputation, and Overkill and Hammer of God in particular are not products to try a full serve of on day one. Start on a quarter to a half serve, check the caffeine on the label before any coffee, and keep them well away from bedtime. Annihilate is the more sensible starting point.

What is CB2 Oil?

A hemp-derived terpene oil. Hemp terpenes are the aromatic compounds from the plant - it is not CBD and it is not psychoactive, which is the question everybody actually has. The range uses it for sleep in Sleepmaxxx and for gut support in Gutmaxxx. It is an unusual ingredient here and worth reading up on before you buy.

Testomaxxx 2.0 Hardcore or Femme?

Hardcore is the men's high-dose version; Femme is formulated for women. They are not interchangeable. Anything in the hormonal support category deserves a conversation with your GP first, especially if you are on medication or have a hormone-related condition - that is not a disclaimer, it is the sensible order to do it in.

What does Estroblok do?

It sits in the oestrogen management end of the hormonal range, which is a category mostly used alongside testosterone support. This is advanced territory and genuinely not where to start. If you are considering it, talk to a doctor about what you are actually trying to change rather than buying on the name.
