Blessed Thistle is a flowering plant’s blossoms, which is thought to stimulate breast milk production. It is believed to work by increasing the hormones prolactin and oxytocin. Some breastfeeding mothers report an improvement in breast milk supply after using Blessed Thistle for only a few days. Additionally, this herb contains a compound called cnicin, which may help to aid digestion. Nature’s Sunshine Blessed Thistle is free from gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives. Simply take four capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed to naturally support your breast milk production!

Nutritional Information

Each capsule contains:

Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb powder 300mg.

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Directions of Use

Adults: Take 4 capsules three times daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
