Magnesium citrate is bound with citric acid and among the most bioavailable forms of magnesium. This means that it is more easily absorbed in your digestive tract than other forms, making it effective in treating constipation. Magnesium orotate is involved in the construction of genetic material, including DNA. Due to its important role in the energy production pathways in your heart and blood vessel tissue, it may boost heart health. Magnesium amino chelate in Nature’s Sunshine Magnesium Complex is also easily absorbed by the body and maintains adequate magnesium levels in the body. Vitamin B6’s role in this formula is to support the cellular bioavailability and uptake of magnesium. Simply take two to three capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Nature’s Sunshine Magnesium Complex is free from gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Each capsule contains:

Magnesium amino chelate 212mg, equiv to 42.5mg.
Magnesium citrate 147mg, equiv to 23.5mg.
Magnesium orotate 129mg, equiv to 9.0mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 9.1mg equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 7.5mg.
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate 3.7mg equiv. Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 2.5mg

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Directions of Use

Adults: Take two to three capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
