Ingredients (Based on Mango Passionfruit flavour):
- Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen 63.3%, Gelatine (Bovine), Flavour, Food Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium), L-Tryptophan, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Colours (Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow FCF, Brilliant Blue FCF).

Mix 1 Jelly sachet (30g) into a bowl and add 200mL of boiling water. Stir through and dissolve well. Next add another 200mL of cold water and stir.

Refrigerate until firm and wobbly (minimum of 4 hours). Makes 430g of Jelly.

NOTE: Do not add fresh or frozen kiwi, mango, pineapple, guava, papaw, papaya, figs or ginger root as jelly won't set. Ensure prepared jelly is covered, refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.
