Branched Chain Amino Acid Blend: A group of 3 essential amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine) - a ratio of 2:1:1 - that must be obtained through foods and supplements, as our body does not naturally produce these amino acids on its own! - Scoop 2 Levelled NH clip scoops or 2 tablespoons into 300-500ml of water.
