- Mix 1-2 scoops in 400ml - 800ml chilled water or your favourite beverage.
- Consume 15-30 minutes prior to training.
- Do not exceed more than 2 scoops per day.
- Do not consume within a few hours prior to bedtime.
Legit Pump:
- Mix 1 – 2 scoops into 400mL – 800mL of water and consume approximately 15 – 30 minutes prior to training.
- Do not consume more than 2 servings per day.
Legit Edge and Legit Pump can be combined and consumed together, or used independently of each other. Adjust your required serve of both based off your daily training requirements.
Legit EAA Recovery:
- Adults: Mix 1 scoop with 300ml - 500ml chilled water.
- Consume either before, during or after exercise.
