Nutritional Information

Each capsule contains:

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed powder 300mg.
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb powder 150mg.

No added gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Directions of Use

Adults: Take two to three capsules twice daily with a large glass of water (250mL), or as professionally prescribed.

Not recommended during pregnancy due to potential emmenagogue properties of Blessed thistle. Odour of Fenugreek may be detected in the taste of breast milk but only if you exceed the recommended dosage. Monitor blood sugar levels with those patients taking other hypoglycaemic agents. Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Always read the label. Follow directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
