Magnesium amino acid chelate in NutraLife Magnesium Hi-Zorb is a bioavailable form of magnesium that is used in the body to maintain adequate magnesium. This naturally occurring essential mineral and electrolyte also assists in energy production, metabolism maintenance, plus it supports a healthy immune system. Many people do not get enough magnesium through their diet. To avoid magnesium deficiency, a healthy diet rich in nuts and greens as well as supplementing with NutraLife Magnesium Hi-Zorb prevents symptoms such as loss of appetite, nausea, fatigue, and weakness. This formula is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is free of gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Each capsule provides:
- Magnesium glycinate: 600mg, equiv. Magnesium 67.3mg.
- Magnesium amino acid chelate: 188.5mg, equiv. Magnesium 37.7mg.
- Total Elemental Magnesium 105mg.
- Encapsulating aids.

- Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 3 capsules daily.
