- Pre Workout: Take 2-6 scoops, mixed into chilled water, 20-30 minutes prior to training.
- Post Workout: Take 2-4 scoops, mixed into chilled water, after training. If a pre-workout serve was taken, ensure a 4-hour gap between pre-workout and post-workout servings.
- Can be taken as an AM or afternoon pick-me-up, however do not take within a few hours of bedtime.
- Do not exceed 10 scoops per day.

Such a large container with contents less than half on inside. Seems the company can save hella money by making a smaller container. I literally thought someone pranked me by sending me a used product. That being said, I love the flavour and gains. Will buy it again.
