Heavy Gainer:

• Add 300g (approx. 2 scoops) to 600mL of water, milk or another beverage into a shaker or blender. Shaker well for approx. 30 – 40 seconds.

Medium Gainer:

• Add 150g (approx. 1 scoop) to 300mL of water, milk or another beverage into a shaker or blender. Shake well for approx. 30 – 40 seconds.
