Directions of Use

Take one tablespoon (20ml) of juice daily.
Melrose Organically Grown Aloe Vera Juice can be taken straight or added to juices or water (shake bottle prior to use).
Topically: Apply Melrose Organically Grown Aloe Vera Juice onto the skin once a day after showering and always after long hours in the sun.
