- Contains Milk and Soy. May Be Present: Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Sulphites. Gluten Free.
Directions of use
- Add 1½ Scoops (Approx. 30g) to a blender or shaker with 200- 250mL of cold water, milk (and milk alternatives).
- Blend or shake for 20-30 seconds until completely dispersed.
