Magnesium amino acid chelate in NutraLife Magnesium Sleep is a bioavailable form of magnesium that is used in the body to maintain adequate magnesium. In traditional Chinese medicine, corydalis is used to treat insomnia as this plant contains substances that promote relaxation and pain relief. NutraLife Magnesium Sleep is free of gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

• Magnesium amino acid chelate: 250mg, equiv. Magnesium 50mg.
• Magnesium phosphate pentahyrdate: 145.2mg, equiv. Magnesium 30mg.
• Total Elemental Magnesium: 200mg. 
• Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube) seed dry extract: 100mg, equiv. Ziziphus jujuba seed dry 1g.
• Corydalis ambigua (Turkey corn) tuber dry extract: 70mg, equiv. Corydalis ambigua tuber dry 1g
• Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) herb dry extract: 75mg, equiv. Passionflora incarnata herb dry 375mg.
• Encapsulating aids.
