Each serving of Whey More provides 24g of protein from a blend of whey protein concentrate and isolate—two fast-digesting sources of complete protein. Whey is commonly used to support muscle repair and general recovery after exercise, as well as to help meet daily protein needs for active individuals or those with higher dietary requirements. 800 mg of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) from acacia is included, which may assist with steady energy levels. Enzymes like lactase, protease, and amylase are added to help support digestion and ease of absorption. At just 130 calories, with 3g of total carbs and less than 1g of sugar per scoop, it’s a convenient low-carb option to include in shakes or recipes.
