Free from: dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, nuts, preservatives and artificial flavours. Zinc may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for long periods of time. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Phenylketonurics - this product contains phenylalanine
