Valine, isoleucine, and leucine stimulate muscle protein synthesis, which is the metabolic process when your body makes new muscle protein. Gym-enthusiasts might now this process as "gains". - Mix 1 scoop with 235ml - 300ml of chilled water or favourite beverage. Vary volume of liquid to sweetness preference.
