• Hordeum vulgare fruit *: 400mg.
• Citrus aurantium fruit: 160mg.
• Vigna umbellate seed: 120mg.
• Rheum officinale root: 120mg.
• Poria cocos stem bark: 120mg.

• Infuse ONE tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow to steep 1-2 minutes.
