The new, improved, better than ever Fusion Health Hair Tonic formula is based on the traditional Chinese understanding of the role of the blood in hair health. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the hair is believed to be nourished by the blood, which keeps it strong and healthy. In TCM, bad hair conditions and an irritated scalp are often caused by excess heat in the blood.

Also known as Chinese thuja, biota is the superstar of this formula as it is used to reduce hair loss and promote hair growth. It is also traditionally used in TCM to cool blood heat which may help to maintain the health of the hair follicles and relieve itchiness of the scalp. The ancient Chinese remedy Dong Quai is traditionally used to improve hair health plus to enhance its condition and shine. In TCM, Dong Quai is also traditionally regarded as having invigorating effects on the blood, improving its circulation to all areas of the body. Other herbs added to this formula are the traditional Chinese herbs rehmannia root, white peony, Chinese licorice, cuscuta and Szechuan lovage, which complete the strong, all-natural formula of Fusion Health Hair Tonic.
