Caruso's Hair, Skin & Nails is a convenient one-a-day tablet, that helps to support nail growth, hair health and skin repair. Caruso’s Hair, Skin & Nails beauty complex contains key active ingredients including Biotin, Silicon and Zinc to support hair, skin and nail health. It helps maintain healthy hair follicles and supports hair growth. It also increases nail strength and thickness and reduces nail brittleness and chipping. Caruso’s Hair, Skin & Nails also contains Vitamin C to support the formation of collagen and Vitamin B5 to improve the healing of minor skin wounds and support skin regeneration.

Nutritional Information

Each tablet contains:

Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5): 250mg, equiv. to Pantothenic Acid 229.03mg, equiv. to Calcium 20.98mg.
Silica colloidal anhydrous: 213.9mg, equiv. to Silica 100mg.
Biotin: 2.5mg.
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C): 50mg.
Zinc citrate dihydrate: 46.73mg, equiv. elemental zinc 15mg.
Inositol: 50mg.
Choline bitartrate: 48.62mg, equiv. choline 20mg.

Free from sugar, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, starch, soya bean, nuts, animal products, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.

Directions of Use

Adults take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
