- Adults: Day 1: Begin by assessing your tolerance with half a scoop of Nitraflex Black mixed with 180 mL of cold water per day.
- Days 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance mix up to 1 scoop of Nitraflex Black with 300 mL of cold water per day and consume within 30 minutes before working out.
- Do not consume within a few hours of bedtime.
- Do not exceed recommended serves per day.
