Each 500 ml prepared serving delivers both protein and carbohydrates to replace what’s used during training, while essential minerals contribute to normal muscle and nervous system function. Simply mix one serving with water for a smooth, naturally chocolatey shake designed for effortless recovery nutrition. This blend features skim milk powder and whole milk powder, supplying naturally occurring milk proteins to support your post-training nutritional needs. Whey protein concentrate adds additional high-quality protein with a naturally creamy texture. Multi-Flora Manuka Honey Powder (20%) provides natural, easily consumed carbohydrates to help replenish energy after exercise. Organic cacao powder (5%) adds rich chocolate flavour along with naturally occurring antioxidants. The formula also delivers essential minerals including calcium, potassium and magnesium, supporting normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and overall daily wellbeing.
- Mix 3 heaped scoops (included) with 400 ml - 500 ml of water. Shake well.
- Consume within 2 hours of mixing, or up to 24 hours if refrigerated.
- For optimal results use immediately after hard or prolonged exercise.
