• Mix 1 scoop with 300ml - 400ml cold water and consume immediately.
• Take 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.
• Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
• Do not have within a few hours of bedtime.
• If you wish to assess tolerance, or you are caffeine sensitive, us half a scoop in 300ml - 400ml water.
