- Mix 1 scoop with 300ml - 400ml cold water and consume immediately.
- Take 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.
- Do not exceed 1 serving per day.

This is pretty good. If you're able to handle the hot tingling sensation that occurs about 5-10mins after consuming, this will help to increase energy levels and focus when training.
I've shredded at least 5-7kgs, muscle tone has increased and it helped to suppress that afternoon snack urge. AND I didn't have to kill myself working out
