Caruso’s Vitamin E 500IU assists in the maintenance of the immune system health whilst also supporting skin repair and wound healing. Vitamin E also plays a role in supporting reproductive system health as it is involved in the maintenance of sperm health and motility; and can also help to reduce menstrual cramps and pain. The dose may be increased to two capsules daily for more intensive use.
