Born from nothing but an idea, a dream, but it wasn’t just left there! Success in life, as well as in the gym, begins by winning the small, daily battles. We all have dreams, plans, goals, but what are YOU doing every day to take action? RYSE isn’t an overnight success, and it didn’t become one of the leading supplement brands in the industry by accident. At Ryse their mission is to fuel your greatness, no matter how gritty, long and challenging your rise to success may be. Taking a unique approach to their line-up, utilizing the latest science and ingredients backed by clinical evidence. Not only do Ryse use the best-patented ingredients that are backed by research, but they also TEST multiple times. Meaning Ryse will not launch a new product until it is perfect and will never cut corners!

Who is Ryse?

Ryse built itself on the idea that success comes from winning the small daily battles, and in practice that means pre-workouts with licensed confectionery flavours and a label most of its competitors would not print.

The pre-workout range is unusually well laid out by strength: Loaded Pre as the standard, Blackout Pre-Workout above it, Ultra Stim Pre above that, and Godzilla as the top end. Blackout Pump is the stimulant-free counterpart.

Loaded Protein is the protein people know - a flavour-led whey blend - with Clear Protein for a lighter option. Then Creatine Monohydrate Element Series, Fermented Glutamine Element Series, Liquid L-Carnitine 1500 and a Fuel Energy RTD.

Frequently asked questions

How strong is Godzilla?

It is the top of the range and it earns the name - a serious stimulant load that is not appropriate for a first pre-workout. Start with Loaded Pre if you are new, and if you do buy Godzilla, take a quarter to a half serve the first time and have no coffee that day.

Which Ryse pre-workout is which?

Loaded Pre is the moderate one. Blackout is a step up. Ultra Stim Pre is stronger again. Godzilla is the top. Blackout Pump has no stimulants at all. It is one of the clearer ladders in the category - most brands leave you guessing.

What is the Element Series?

Ryse's name for its plain single-ingredient products - Creatine Monohydrate and Fermented Glutamine. No formula, no extras. Monohydrate is monohydrate, so compare the price per serve against the rest of our Creatine range.

Loaded Protein or Clear Protein?

Loaded is the creamy, dessert-flavoured blend and the one most people buy. Clear Protein drinks like a cordial - lighter, better after a hot session, and the right pick if you have gone off milkshakes. Different experiences rather than different qualities.
