Competitions T&Cs

Competition Details:

1. Purchase any Nexus product at Supplement Mart, to automatically go into the draw to win.
2. Transaction must be completed under the customers personal loyalty account.
3. Competition runs from 01/05/2026 - 30/06/2026. 
4. Winner will be drawn within one week after entry period closes.
5. Winner will be contacted via phone call, SMS or email.

Entry Requirements:

1. Competition only open to Australian residents over the age of 16. Customer must reside at an Australian address.
2. Customer must complete purchase within the competition entry period.
3. Product must be purchased at Supplement Mart, via in-store or online. 
4. One entry per transaction, which includes a Nexus product. 
5. Multiple transactions/entries per customer are permitted. 
6. Customer must have valid and up-to-date Australian mobile phone number and email address attached to loyalty account to qualify. 

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. 
2. If winner does not claim prize after multiple attempts at contact, another winner will be drawn and the prize forfeited.
3. If purchased Nexus product is returned during the competition period, this voids the original automatic entry.
4. Supplement Mart has the right to amend or cancel this competition at any given time. 
5. Supplement Mart and Nexus hold no responsibility or liability for any faults or issues with prize goods - the fault must be raised with the original manufacturer of the goods.
6. Winner agrees to allow Supplement Mart to request and publicly share any photographic or recorded content for the purposes of content creation and social media.
