ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
Altered Nutrition Altered Pump is a non-stimulant pre-workout formulated to help support muscle pumps, hydration, and focus—without the use of caffeine. Designed for those who train late, cycle off stimulants, or are sensitive to caffeine, this formula delivers a comprehensive blend of nitric oxide boosters, hydration enhancers, and cognitive support ingredients to help power you through your sessions. With a potent matrix of performance-based ingredients, Altered Pump is built to complement your pre-training ritual.
- Caffeine-free formula ideal for late-night workouts or stimulant breaks.
- Supports hydration, muscle pumps, and workout endurance.
- Features 3g of nitrates to assist nitric oxide production, and 10g citrulline for increased bloodflow.
- Includes nootropic ingredients to promote focus and mental clarity.
Altered Pump combines several high-impact ingredients for a well-rounded pre-workout experience. Citrulline malate (10,000 mg) plays a key role in promoting nitric oxide levels, helping support blood flow and muscular pump. Beta alanine (3200 mg) helps buffer lactic acid, supporting endurance during high-intensity training. Betaine nitrate delivers 2220 mg of betaine and 780 mg of nitrates, enhancing both performance and nitric oxide production. Agmapure (1500 mg) is included to further support vasodilation and nutrient delivery. For hydration, the formula includes pink Himalayan salt and potassium citrate to help replenish key electrolytes lost through sweat. Magnesium and calcium citrate round out the hydration matrix to assist in muscle function and cramp prevention. The nootropic matrix features tyrosine, Alpha GPC, theanine, and huperzine A—compounds known to support cognitive performance, focus, and mental clarity during demanding sessions. Altered Pump delivers a comprehensive, stimulant-free pre-workout solution designed to support your training with performance, hydration, and focus-enhancing ingredients—all without the jitters. Available in bold flavours like Tornado Ice Block and Sour Raspberry.

Out of Melbourne in a day
Ordered Monday night, on the doorstep Wednesday morning. Packed properly too, lid taped and no powder loose in the box.
Does the job
No complaints on how it works, I just wish the scoop sat in the lid instead of buried at the bottom.
Staff know their stuff
Rang before ordering because I work nights and had no idea what to take when. Got a straight answer and the cheaper option, which is not what I expected.
Cheapest I found
Checked four other sites first. Same size, twenty dollars less, and it still shipped the same day.
