Altered Nutrition Altered State V3 is a high-stim pre-workout designed for experienced trainers who want flexibility and intensity in their training sessions. Featuring a comprehensive pump, energy and focus matrix, Altered State V3 allows you to tailor your serve size with 1 scoop (mid stim), 1.5 scoops (high stim) or 2 scoops (max stim), depending on your tolerance and training demands. With clinically recognised ingredients and clearly disclosed dosages, this formula is built to support performance, focus and drive without unnecessary hype. Available in bold and tasty flavours.
- Multi-serve formula with adjustable mid, high or max stim options.
- 10g Citrulline (max serve) to support nitric oxide production and muscle pump.
- Up to 500mg total caffeine (max serve) for energy and alertness.
- Added nootropic support to help enhance focus and training intensity.
At its core, Altered State V3 features a Vaso-N.O Pump Matrix delivering up to 10,000mg of Citrulline to support nitric oxide production and blood flow, alongside 3,200mg of Beta Alanine to assist muscular endurance. Agmatine Sulfate (Agmapure®) and Pine Bark Extract further complement the pump profile. The Enhanc3D Energy Matrix combines caffeine anhydrous, caffeine citrate and caffeine di-malate, providing up to 500mg total caffeine per full serve, while English Walnut and Synephrine contribute to the overall stimulant profile. For focus, the Dopamaxx Intensity Nootropic Matrix includes 5,000mg of Tyrosine and activated Vitamin B6 (P5P), while Alpha GPC and Huperzine A support cognitive function and mind-muscle connection. The addition of Theanine helps smooth the overall stimulant effect.

Directions of Use
Choose your preferred stim level and the matching serve size:
- Mid Stim Serve: 1 scoop (15 g) with 300–600 ml of cold water.
- High Stim Serve: 1.5 scoops (22.5 g) with 400–700 ml of cold water.
- Max Stim Serve: 2 scoops with 500–800 ml of cold water.
- Mix thoroughly and consume 15–30 minutes before training.
- Adjust your serving based on your individual energy needs and tolerance.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
