Senna leaf is a great herbal remedy that is believed to work as a laxative. It stimulates the rhythmic muscular contraction of the colon which pushes food through the gut. Buckthorn Bark is another herbal laxative that may helps in relieving constipation. With added Psyllium Husk—which is a great source of natural fibre—, Dill and Liquorice Root, this formula contains many calming, anti-inflammatory and cleansing properties for your gut health and general well-being. Henry Blooms Herb-a-Lax is free from wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Nutritional Information
Each capsule contains:
- Senna leaf: 284 mg.
- Rhamnus frangula (Buckthorn) bark: 23 mg.
- Psyllium husk dry: 6 mg.
- Anethum graveolens (Dill) seed: 6 mg.
- Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root: 6 mg.
Free from wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, lactose, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.
Directions of Use
- Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets daily.
- Drink plenty of water.
Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Not to be used when pregnant or breastfeeding. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.

Does what it says and the price per serve beat everything else I compared. Packaging could be a touch tougher for postage.
Worth every cent
Third one of these now and it has not missed. Mixes in a shaker with no lumps and the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate rather than sweetener.
