The key ingredient in Legit Creamy Rice is white jasmine rice, providing a carbohydrate-rich foundation to help fuel your body throughout the day. Carbohydrates are the body's preferred energy source during moderate to high-intensity exercise and play an important role in replenishing muscle glycogen stores following physical activity. Each 50g serving delivers approximately 180 calories, 39.3g of carbohydrates and 3.3g of protein, making it a convenient addition to a performance-focused nutrition plan. Its naturally low fat content also makes it suitable for those wanting greater flexibility when planning their daily macronutrient intake. Legit Creamy Rice can be enjoyed on its own or customised with your favourite toppings, including fresh fruit, nut butter or protein powder for a more substantial meal. With its smooth texture, delicious flavours and convenient preparation, it's an easy way to add carbohydrates to your diet while supporting your training and everyday energy requirements.

Here the next day
Ordered Thursday arvo and it turned up Friday. No fuss and no surprise postage at checkout either.
Finally no bloating
Switched off a supermarket one that wrecked me. A week in on this and nothing, which is reason enough to stay.
Solid value
Does what it says and the price per serve beat everything else I compared. Packaging could be a touch tougher for postage.
Worth every cent
Third one of these now and it has not missed. Mixes in a shaker with no lumps and the chocolate actually tastes like chocolate rather than sweetener.
