Dr Hydrate Hydration Drink is a comprehensive electrolyte, vitamin and mineral formula designed to support hydration and everyday nutritional needs. The updated formula combines key electrolytes including sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium with vitamin C, B vitamins, zinc and selenium, alongside L-glutamine, acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, soluble maize fibre and Bacillus coagulans. With only 19 calories per 9 g serve, Dr Hydrate offers an easy-to-mix option for supporting fluid and electrolyte intake around training, during active days or whenever additional hydration support is desired.

The updated Dr Hydrate formula delivers 250 mg sodium and 160 mg potassium per serve, important electrolytes that help maintain normal fluid and electrolyte balance. Calcium and magnesium are also included, with both minerals contributing to normal muscle function. Vitamin C provides antioxidant support and contributes to normal immune system function, while zinc and selenium provide additional essential mineral nutrition. A blend of B vitamins including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, biotin and pantothenic acid supports normal energy metabolism, helping the body convert nutrients from food into usable energy. Dr Hydrate also contains L-glutamine, acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride and soluble maize fibre, alongside the probiotic Bacillus coagulans. Together, these ingredients create a broader daily hydration formula that goes beyond electrolytes alone. Simply mix a serve with water for a refreshing hydration drink that can be incorporated into your training, workday or active lifestyle.
