Each 9g sachet delivers a carefully selected blend of nutrients to support normal muscle function, energy metabolism and overall hydration, with only 16 calories per serve and no added sugar.

Dr Hydrate Hydration Drink V2 features a comprehensive combination of electrolytes and nutrients. Each serve provides 250mg of sodium and 160mg of potassium, which play important roles in maintaining normal fluid balance and supporting nerve and muscle function. Calcium (160mg) and magnesium (63mg) further contribute to normal muscle function, while magnesium also supports normal energy metabolism. Vitamin C (40mg) provides antioxidant support and contributes to normal immune system function, while B vitamins, including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, biotin and pantothenic acid, help support the body's normal energy-producing processes. Zinc (2.4mg) and selenium (18mcg) contribute to normal immune function and protection of cells from oxidative stress. The formula also contains 950mg of L-glutamine, an amino acid involved in protein metabolism, alongside 375mg of acetyl-L-carnitine hydrochloride, a source of carnitine involved in normal fatty acid metabolism. Easy to incorporate into your daily routine, Dr Hydrate V2 provides a convenient combination of hydration-supporting electrolytes and essential nutrients in every sachet.
