Agmatine Sulphate and Taurine are included to complement the pump and hydration matrix. For focus and concentration, the formula features L-Tyrosine, Alpha GPC and Huperzine A, ingredients commonly used in nootropic-style pre-workouts. The energy blend combines Caffeine Anhydrous with Di-Caffeine Malate to provide both fast-acting and more sustained stimulation. Added Himalayan Pink Salt and Potassium Citrate help provide electrolytes to support hydration during training. Directions of Use
- Mix 1 scoop (13g) with 300-400mL of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before training.
- Advanced users may take 2 scoops (26g) mixed with 500-600mL of cold water prior to exercise.
- Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance.
- Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.
- Avoid consuming this product late in the evening as it contains caffeine.
- Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
