Goji berries are also taken to nourish and replenish both Yin and Yang, and to balance these two opposing forces. Rehmannia is another well-known herb used in TCM. It is used to support kidney health in several ways, including nourishing Kidney Yin, supporting healthy hearing, cooling the body and to relieving excessive perspiration at night time.
