- L-Citrulline Malate, Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate, Natural Flavours, Beta Alanine, Anticaking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Magnesium Citrate, Alpha GPC, Food Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Maltodextrin, Sodium Citrate, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Potassium Aspartate, Schisandra Berry Extract, Tricalcium Citrate, Pomegranate Peel Extract, Natural Colour (Spirulina Blue Extract).
Directions of Use
- Mix 1 heaped scoop (approx. 14 g) of in 300 mL of cold water in a shaker.
- Consume 20-30 minutes before exercise.
- Maximum 1 serve recommended per day.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
