Directions of Use
- Mix 2 scoops into 500ml - 750ml of chilled water and mix well.
- Consume prior to exercise.
- Do not exceed recommended serves per day.

Good, a touch sweet
Works well and sits fine in the stomach, which is the main thing for me. Half a serve is plenty if you are sensitive to sweet.
